When your soap starts to get translucent around the edges of the pot, cover the crockpot, and allow the soap to turn to gel.
You may stir the mixture with the wire whisk if needed, but allow ALL of the soap to turn to gel.
When all of the soap is translucent, this is the Gel State. You have now made soap. Pour/Glop your soap into your mold.
Cover the surface of the mold with plastic wrap and place a smooth board on top of it if desired. Allow to cool 24 hours.
Cut soap into bars or unmold from detailed plastic molds. Allow to set up for a week or so to loose water and shrink.
Wrap your soap so that it can breathe. Don't seal it up airtight. Store in a cardboard box, or on a shelf.
